RETURN POLICY
Thetis Conceptstore wants our clients to be satisfied with your purchases.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you received , you may return it UNUSED within ten (10) days from the date of delivery.
Before sending your product back to Thetis , please contact with us and make sure that the following conditions are met.

The product you want to return must be:
- unworn , unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received it
-must be returned with all the accessories you received it
-must be returned within 10 days , or return and refund will not be accepted
If all the above are satisfied, we will Refund the value of the product . Shipping costs are borne by the customer. You can also have the option of a voucher of the returned products worth, for your next purchase.
As soon as we receive the product, and check the condition of it, we will proceed to Refund you the value of the product.
We will not issue any Refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.

REFUND POLICY?
Refunds are processed within three (3) business days of our receipt of the product.
For orders paid via PayPal, Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
For orders paid via Debit/Credit Card, you should send us via email your bank account’s IBAN number, the bank’s name and your full name of account holder. Refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the Refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees
REFUND IS NOT VALID FOR PROCUCTS OF PREVIOUS COLLECTIONS AND SALE ITEMS.
